Over the time i have acquainted various skills listed below:

Modelling of converters, machines, renewable energy sources modelling such as PV, Wind.
-
Modelling and simulation of control strategies in these areas mentioned in 1 using MATLAB/Simulink and also using free open source SCILAB/Xcos. Also familiar with ORCAD pspice.

Design of power converters to the specifications and selection of topology components such as inductors, capacitors etc.

Along with conventional topologies, I have developed keen interest in NON INVERTING BUCK-BOOST converter. Also proposed its suitability and control for various applications. Have won best paper award for a work using this converter in IEEE INDICON 2015, Delhi.

Digital control (FPGA & DSP based closed loop controls) of PFC converters, conventional DC-DC.

Presented a paper at IIT Bombay for developing DC-DC converter simulation using numerical RK-4 solution in PYTHON an free open source computing tool.

Well acquainted with renewable energy sources and their MPPT. Sources like PV, Wind and also Fuel cells, Hybrid systems are in my keen interests. DC generation and DC gird integration with Battery Energy Systems.

Familiar with programmable devices such as HIGH POWER HIGH VOLTAGE SUPPLIES, LOADS, dspace, OPAL RT.

I have published papers on various motor drives such as Induction Motor, Permanent Magnet DC Motor and Switched Reluctance Motor Drives with sound knowledge on Modelling & Analysis and their implementations.

Currently supporting ASPENBOWER, India company for realization of Switched Reluctance Motor Control in ELECTRIC VEHICLE.
